The first session is a chance to get to know one another, talk about what brought you in, and begin identifying your goals. There is no pressure to share everything at once—therapy moves at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Yes. A free 15-minute consultation is available to help you ask questions, learn more about the practice, and see whether this feels like the right fit before scheduling a full session.

Individual counseling sessions are 50 minutes.

Self-pay sessions are $125 per session. If you are using insurance, your out-of-pocket cost may vary depending on your plan.

Rachel has earned her master’s degree and completed her clinical internship training. She is now in the postgraduate phase of working toward full licensure, which includes providing counseling services under ongoing supervision from a licensed clinician. This is a standard requirement in the United States and helps ensure that clients receive ethical, well-supported care. Supervision provides an added layer of support, consultation, and care in your treatment.
