A Safe and Supportive Space
The goal of therapy is to create a space where you feel respected, heard, and supported without judgment. Rachel’s work is trauma-informed and grounded in building trust and emotional safety.
Personalized, Integrative Care
Rachel uses an integrative, process-based approach, drawing from evidence-based practices when helpful, while keeping the work centered on your unique experiences, needs, and goals.
A Thoughtful, Flexible Approach
There is no one right way to heal. Therapy can be a space to better understand what you are carrying, process difficult experiences, strengthen coping tools, improve relationships, and move toward the life you want with greater intention and self-compassion.
Rachel’s work may draw on CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness-based interventions, and emotionally focused work, depending on what best supports each client.
